Come enjoy the New River Gorge National Park mountain biking culture in Fayetteville, WV! Whether you are a local or a visitor, we would love to have you! Here in Appalachia WV, we strive to grow the community of women mountain bikers.

This will be a weekend retreat full of progression, camping, community development (local & national), yoga, and getting our biking legs feeling strong. We will be teaching beginner and intermediate mtn. biking skills all the while getting in mileage in the New River Gorge.

We accept all demographics, ages, and skill levels! This weekend is about making new friends, and embracing the power of formal instruction. No matter what our skill level is, from beginner to advanced; we can all benefit from formal instruction! Especially, if we’ve never been through instruction before. There may be things that we think we are doing correctly even though we might have actually been expending more energy than necessary. This is all stuff that we will talk about and work on during our weekend! And if you are the woman that has been looking for a reason to get into a new outdoor activity then this is for you (even if you have never rode on a trail in your life)!!
