To provide a positive, helpful, and informative Arrowhead Bike Farm presence in the campground.

Estimated 25 hours per week.

Position runs April through October, exact dates negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Live on-site
• Spread the love for the Arrowhead Bike Farm and New River Gorge region through information and encouragement
• Provide campground and recreational area information and rules to campers and visitors. 
• Answer visitors’ questions and provide information about local services and attractions. 
• Help campers and visitors contact emergency assistance as needed. 
• Register overnight campers using Arrowhead Bike Farm reservation system. 
• Maintain digital logs of camper and visitor activity, information, and incidents. 
• Regularly inspect campground restrooms, picnic areas, campsites, campfire pits and trails to ensure they are safe and clean for public use. 
• Clean and maintain showerhouse and bathrooms
• Maintain Arrowhead Bike Farm quality for campground
• Any other duties asked upon staff by Arrowhead Bike Farm owners and managers

Qualifications

• Motor home, camper, van, or travel trailer suitable for living quarters
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills necessary to deal effectively in confrontational situations
• Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25lbs
